Each player appears as an avatar, and you’ll be able to see where your teammates are in real time. We also limit group sizes to ensure plenty of space and provide a safety briefing before every session. Our staff monitor gameplay to keep everyone safe and having fun.

The VR gaming room is a supervised, padded play space with full visibility for our staff. All players are briefed on safe movement before the session begins.

Absolutely. It’s a great choice for children aged 7+, and we regularly host birthday parties. We offer age-appropriate games and a supervised, private session for your group.

Our VR escape rooms are designed for 2-6 players, making them perfect for groups of friends, families, and corporate teams. Larger groups can split across multiple sessions.

Each escape room adventure lasts approximately 45 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes for briefing, setup, and debriefing. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow enough time to get started.

Not at all! Our VR escape rooms are designed for beginners and experienced players alike. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process and ensure you're comfortable before starting your adventure.

Our escape rooms are suitable for players aged 12 and above, due to the logic required. With some rooms being a little more jumpy, we recommend a parent/guardian to play along, these games are marked with 12+ (with parent/guardian).

We operate a zero cancellation policy as standard — once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. However, we offer an optional Booking Flexibility Add-On during checkout. If selected, this allows one date or time change, provided it is requested at least 48 hours before your session. Changes requested within 48 hours of your booking cannot be accommodated. We highly recommend choosing this add-on if your plans may change.

Our standard pricing is £30 per person for both VR escape rooms and the VR gaming room. Pricing is the same regardless of group size, with private sessions included as standard. For corporate events, birthday parties, or off-site private hire, pricing varies depending on your requirements and location. These experiences require a site visit and a tailored quote.

All bookings are made securely through our website. We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Google Pay and most contactless online payment methods.

Please note: We do not take cash or in-person payments — all sessions must be booked and paid for in advance online.

Our VR systems are designed to minimise motion sickness using high refresh rates and intuitive controls. If you're prone to motion sensitivity, let our staff know so we can assist with adjustments.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes to ensure you can move around freely and enjoy the experience to the fullest.

Don’t worry! You can get in game hints which will provide hints along the way, and at the end, you'll get a debrief on your performance and tips for next time.

Yes, you can remove the headset at any time, and our game masters are always on hand to assist if you feel uncomfortable.

Most standard glasses fit comfortably inside our VR headsets. However, we recommend wearing contact lenses if possible for a better experience.
