Realms VR Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment

- All bookings must be made in advance via our website or approved third-party booking platforms.

- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

- Prices are clearly displayed and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

- All bookings are final and non-refundable.

- If you are unable to attend, a one-time reschedule may be offered at the discretion of Realms VR, subject to availability.

- No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund or reschedule.

- If Realms VR must cancel due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule.

Modifying a Booking

- If you booked through a third-party platform, please follow their process to request any changes.
