Realms VR Safety Waiver (Website Version)

By completing a booking with Realms VR, the booking holder confirms that they are acting on behalf of all participants in their group (2-6 people) and agrees to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

Virtual Reality (VR) experiences can involve immersive visuals, physical movement, altered perception, and effects such as flashing lights. These may affect individuals with conditions like epilepsy, heart problems, motion sickness, anxiety, or recent injuries. Participation is entirely voluntary and at each individuals own risk.

2. Health Declaration

Participants are responsible for assessing their own medical suitability. Realms VR staff are not medically qualified to evaluate conditions. If unsure, individuals should consult a medical professional before booking.

3. Lead Booker Responsibility

The lead booker agrees to inform all group members of the safety rules and this waiver. By booking, the lead booker confirms they have the authority to accept this waiver on behalf of all attendees.

4. Conduct & Safety

All participants must follow staff instructions and use the equipment responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the experience without refund.

5. Property & Liability

Realms VR is not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions or misuse of equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

6. Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during your session and used for promotional purposes. Please notify staff upon arrival if you do not wish to be included.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the above terms for yourself and all participants in your group.
